What is wrong?????
I have been walking for 45 min 6 days a week, and doing the Tae Bo for 4 days now, I know its not long, but why haven’t I seen a change in the way my clothes feel??? I have lost 14 lbs in 5 weeks……………….could it just be water weight??? I want to see some kind of change…………..how long does it take before I see results, besides just the numbers on the scale???? I guess I should just be patient………..*waiting*
